ABS Sensor Fault

When your ABS fault, the ABS light will come on automatically when you start your car. This is because your car always check the ABS System on starting. If there's no problem the light will go off. If the light stays on, it's a sign that there's a problem with your car's ABS system.

What will happen if the ABS Sensor Faulty? Your car will loss of stability and traction control. The entire purpose of the ABS system (anti-lock braking system) is to prevent the brakes from locking up. If one or more ABS Sensor fails, it may lead to a complete malfunction of the ABS system which means that your brake will normally lock up when pressed hard.
