We're looking for a dynamic HR & Administrative Executive to join our team in Nibong Tebal! If you have 1-2 years of relevant experience and are ready to dive into a role encompassing everything from payroll processing to office management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all HR and admin tasks including payroll, recruitment, and employee welfare.
- Maintain staff records and ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955.
- Manage office administration and facilities.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
Requirements :
- Min 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Diploma or STPM certification.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Cina is a plus.
- PC literate and familiar with HR regulations and systems like HR BossNet.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000 (based on experience)
- Working Days: 5 days a week
