🚗 Toyota Avanza J51 K3-VE ECU Successful Revival at Dr.d Service Workshop! 🔧

The Problem:
A customer sent in this Toyota Avanza K3-VE ECU experiencing a complete "no start" condition. The vehicle showed no check engine light and had no diagnostic communication.

Our Process:
To accurately diagnose and verify the repair, we hooked the unit up to our dedicated test bench. We connected the ECU directly with the vehicle's original immobilizer and key to simulate real-world starting conditions.

The Result:
Fully restored functionality! Our bench testing confirmed that the system is communicating properly and the engine check light is back.

Most importantly, the injectors are now firing correctly and the ignition system is successfully sending signals to ignite the spark plugs--with immobilizer and key connected.

We recently had this Komatsu PC200-8 monitor on the bench at Dr.d Service Workshop here in Miri.

As you can see at the beginning of the video, the original screen was heavily damaged, faded, and almost impossible to read.

Instead of a costly full unit replacement, we performed a complete component-level repair and screen restoration to bring it fully back to life.

After the repair, we ran it through our comprehensive bench testing process.

The new display is crystal clear, and we verified that all keypad inputs are fully responsive and communicating properly.

Watch as we successfully cycle through the maintenance and special service menus, switch between working modes like 'Tenaga' and 'Angkat', and test the High/Low travel and wiper functions.

Everything is functioning perfectly and ready to be installed back in the machine so it can get back to work!

🔧 Successful Repair: Komatsu PC200-7 Controller! 🔧

We recently received a damaged Komatsu PC200-7 controller here at Dr. D Service Workshop in Miri, Sarawak.

The Problem:
The customer reported that their engine was completely unable to start because the stepping motor was not moving.

The Solution & Testing:
We successfully repaired the controller and set it up for a complete bench test on our table before sending it back.

To guarantee reliable results, we tested the repaired controller using an actual stepping motor paired with an actual throttle control.

As you can see in the video, once we key on and adjust the throttle, the stepping motor is now moving smoothly and responding exactly as it should!

The unit is fully functional and ready to be returned to the customer.

🚗 Toyota 2KD-FTV ECU Repair – From West to East Malaysia! 🚗

We just wrapped up another successful bench repair here at Dr.d Service Workshop in Miri, Sarawak.

This Toyota SR Turbo D4D 2KD-FTV ECU (part no. 89661-04730) was sent to us all the way from Kelantan.

The Problem:
The ECU initially presented with a complete no-start condition and a missing engine check light.

The Solution & Verification:
After performing our board-level diagnostics and repair, we hooked it up to our custom test bench to simulate live engine operation.

1.The engine check light has been successfully restored.

2.We established full communication with the diagnostic scanner and can actively read live data parameters.

3.Our bench test confirmed that all four injectors are firing accurately.

4.The SCV (Suction Control Valve) is running properly and responding as expected to RPM adjustments.

This module is completely revived and ready to be shipped back to the owner in Kelantan.

Toyota KDH201 engine ECU testing

ECU part no.89661-26G00

Customer was told that engine's injector unable fire up the freshly overhauled 1KD engine.

Aftter we connect to our test bench, the engine check light turn ON.

Pressed start button, the injectors firing according to the firing order of 1KD engine.

fuel control matched the feedback pressure of the common rail.

Now this ECU can send back to customers.
(Technician need scratch their head to look for the cause of no injection issue)
