Requirement:
• Possession of LCCI qualifications in Accounting or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in accounting roles.
• Able to read Chinese and English for future learning.
• Fluency in Malay for effective communication with colleagues.
• Based at Kuala Baram, Miri.

Keperluan

• SPM, Diploma atau Setaraf.

• Mempunyai pengalaman dalam tugas billing dan Kerja Office.

• Fasih dalam Bahasa Melayu untuk komunikasi dengan rakan sekerja.

• Kemahiran dalam Komputer software seperti SQL Accounting, Word & Excel.

• Berpusat di Kuala Baram, Miri.

Keutamaan:

• Mempunyai sikap positif dan kebolehan untuk bekerjasama dengan rakan sekerja dan pengurus untuk menyelesaikan masalah berkaitan penagihan & inventori

• Kebolehan asas untuk membaca/bercakap dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Cina

• Cepat belajar, Bertanggungjawab dan Boleh Dipercayai.

Tanggungjawab:
• Pengurusan Penagihan: Mengendalikan proses penagihan, termasuk Pesanan Penghantaran, invois jualan, rekod Jualan Tunai, dan penyelenggaraan Dana Kecil.

• Pemantauan Inventori: Mengawasi pemuatan untuk memastikan kuantiti penghantaran tepat, merekod nombor siri untuk sarung tayar, dan memastikan data keluar betul.

• Khidmat Pelanggan: Menangani kebimbangan pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.

• Akaun Penghutang: Menyediakan senarai hutang jualan tunai dan menindaklanjuti untuk pembayaran tepat pada masanya.

• Penyelarasan Inventori: Memastikan inventori fizikal sepadan dengan rekod dan menguruskan dokumentasi isu stok seperti tayar.

Vacancy Available:
1. Billing and Inventory Clerk (Kuala baram, Miri) - RM1500

Requirement:
• SPM, Diploma or Equivalent

• Having experience in Billing & Administrative task.

• Fluency in Malay for effective communication with colleagues.

• Proficiency in Computer Software such as SQL Accounting, Word & Excel.

• Based at Kuala Baram, Miri.

Preference:

• Have Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers to solve billing & inventory related problem.

• Basic ability to read/ speak English, Chinese.

• Fast learner, Responsible and Trustworthy

Main Responsibility:
1. Billing Management: Handle billing processes, including Delivery Orders, sales invoices, Cash Sales records, and Petty Cash fund maintenance.

2. inventory Monitoring: Oversee loading to ensure accurate delivery quantities, record serial numbers for tire casings, and ensure correct outbound data entry.

3. Customer Service: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Accounts Receivable: Prepare cash sales debt lists and follow up for timely payments.

5. Inventory Coordination: Ensure physical inventory matches records and manage stock issue documentation such as tyre.
