Qualification and requirements
1. Minimum SPM Level or possess certificate in Automotive and its equivalent
2. Able to communicate (include read /write) both in English and Malay
3. Knowledge in automotive and spare parts line will be an advantage
4. Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
6. Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
Roles and Responsibility
1. To check parts required and order when necessary
2. Liaise with supplier and place purchase order accordingly
3. Receive, stock in , pick and stock stake as part of daily routine
4. To ensure good housekeeping at parts store and arrange in good manner per requirement
5. Attend to customer’s vehicle problems and inquiries
6. To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems
7. Prepare estimate repair cost , follow up on work in progress and update customers accordingly
8. Develop and maintain good relationship with customer
