𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐨 𝐗𝐂𝟔𝟎 𝐓𝟓 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐟𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝟎𝟓𝟗𝟖𝟎𝟎.

Anyone familiar with these Volvo engine B4204T turbocharged 4 cylinders knows this fault.

It's related to the thermostat failure by internal coolant leaking into the heater circuit. However, if left unattended, this thermostat failure will escalate into ECU failure as the thermostat shorts out the ECU.

This is one such case. The thermostat failure has damaged the ECU and both components needed replacement.

Volvo XC60 T5 2.0 引擎故障灯亮，故障码 P059800。

熟悉 Volvo B4204T 2.0 四缸引擎的，都知道这个通病。它和节温器（Thermostat）故障有关：节温器内部冷却液渗漏到加热器电路。

但如果放着不管，这个节温器故障会造成成 ECU 损坏——因为节温器会短路ECU。

这就是其中一个真实案例：节温器故障已经损坏 ECM，最后节温器和 ECM 两个部件都需要更换。

所以，Volvo 出现 P059800，真的不要拖。早检查，可能只需换节温器；拖久了，就是节温器 + 电脑板一起换

"My Kia Optima won't start after parking for 4 days!"
I'm beginning to think that this is a common fault with 2010s Kia's.

The current draw is at 0.3 amps. We are aiming for below 0.05 amp. We narrowed down the fault to a faulty IMS module.

We didn't guess. We traced, repaired the IMS, and the current draw dropped to a healthy 0.02A. Permanent fix. No more dead battery over 4 days.

每4天就不够电起火，漏着0.3安的电。
可见的2010年代的Kia真的很常有漏电问题。

我们检查后，发现是它的 IMS模块漏电0.3安。

经过维修后，漏电降至 0.02安培，搞定。

"My Subaru's running like it has 2 cylinders"

That's the complaint from the owner of this V7 WRX STI.

It was running, however very poorly and barely had any power. Low speed was jerky and undrivable.

This all came down to a tune and parts issue, once the parts have been sorted out and the car retuned, its finally running like how a WRX STI should.

这就是这台 V7 WRX STI 车主开进来说没力而且顿挫感很强。

车子虽然还能动，但动力严重不足。低速行驶时更是疯狂顿挫、抖动，根本无法正常在路上行驶。

经过我们细心排查，发现这是由硬件部件以及电脑调校所导致的。

在把有问题的硬件零件彻底搞定，并为它重新调校后，它终于找回了原本该有的动力，并且慢速驾和原装一样。

"My check engine light is on, also there are many warnings in the instrument cluster."

This C200 W205 came in with a Christmas tree cluster. Multiple warning messages and faults.

First, we were able to pinpoint the parking system and Blindspot assist faults to a faulty front end wiring harness that we repaired.

Then, the check engine light, fault P220400 - NOx sensor 1 fault.

NOx sensor is used in emissions control for recond vehicles. Something that Malaysian cars actually don't require.

In this case we just opted for NOx delete to remove this headache down the line.

After the repairs, this W205 is back to tip top shape.

​这台 Mercedes C200 W205 进来时，仪表板就像“圣诞树”一样闪个不停，显示出多种故障警告。

​首先，我们通过精准诊断，将停车辅助系统 (Parking System) 和盲点辅助 (Blindspot Assist) 的故障根源锁定在前端线路束 (Front-end wiring harness)。经过细心的线路修复后，这些警告顺利消除。

​接着是引擎灯的问题，电脑检测到故障码 P220400 - NOx 传感器 1 故障。

​NOx 传感器主要用于进口车的排放控制。在马来西亚合法来说来说，这并不是必须的部件，而且往往是造成车主头痛的故障来源。

​为了彻底解决这个烦恼并防止以后旧病复发，我们采取了 NOx 功能删除 (NOx Delete) 的方案。

​修复完成后，这台 W205 已经恢复到巅峰状态，告别所有故障灯。

"Tekan A/C takda rasa sejuk bos."

The customer of this Ford Fiesta complained that his A/C button did nothing when pressed.

But the problem goes deeper than the A/C button. With the fault code P0464 in PCM.

In the end it ended up that the fuse box failed internally and needs to be repaired.

After the repair, this Ford Fiesta is back to normal with cold A/C again.

"My aircond isn't cold!"
That was the complaint from this Peugeot 208 — a defect caused by a faulty air conditioning compressor.

When a compressor fails internally, it can contaminate the entire system with metal shavings and debris. A simple part swap isn't enough; it requires a full system cleaning and flushing to ensure the new components aren't immediately damaged by leftover debris.

As you can see, we had to dismantle the dashboard and the front end to perform a deep-clean and replace the necessary parts. We don't take shortcuts. We ensure every line and component is flushed clean before reassembly.

After the full A/C system overhaul, this Peugeot is back to blowing ice-cold air.

Peugeot 208 冷气不冷问题

我们检查后发现是冷气压缩机 (A/C compressor) 损坏导致的。

压缩机内部损坏会产生碎屑污染整个管道系统。如果直接换压缩器，不久后会有一样的征兆。
为了确保维修质量和耐用，整个冷气系统必须清洗干净。

维修后，冷气制冷恢复正常，搞定。
