🔺Description: x'trassal XHAUST GUM is a thick, non-slumping paste t repairing exhaust systems. It cures by evaporation of water and furt Cures with heat. It will set when heated, providing a gas-tight seal so useful for kiln repairs and any industrial applications where a required to withstand intense heat up to 800°C 🔺Applications: For the assembly of all joints of exhaust system in Mufflers, Tailpipes, Catalytic Converters, Resonators, etc deal for repairing small holes and cracks in exhaust system components.
🔺Direction:
1.Clean off dirt and loose rust around hole.
2.Run the engine to warm the silencer.
3.Moisten around the hole, then aoply XHAUST GUM with knife or gloved thumb, forcing it well in.
4.Smooth down repair with damp clot. Clean up excess with water before it dries.
5.Leave it overnight to harden or run the engine slowl to speed up drying time. Do not race engine untill repair is fully hardened. For large holes bind repairs with ties at 50mm intervals.
