‼️PRICE CLARIFICATION‼️
Recently, I’m not really sure what’s happening, but I think I’ll blame the haze for making people not see or think clearly. 😅
When I posted our car rental price, I clearly included extra notes stating that HD means Half Day and FD means Full Day.
But SOME people keep coming back and asking, “Is the Axia RM70/day?” When I say no, some understand and accept it, while others get angry and say, “Next time, put it clearly in your pricelist.”
Some even ask me to quote the price for one full day, and when the total is more than RM70, suddenly the comment becomes, “You said the price was transparent, but there are hidden charges.”
Honestly, I usually ignore these comments. But please remember that behind this phone is another human being. Don’t just release your anger on someone when you don’t have the full picture.
I really don’t mind if you ask for the price, compare, or decide not to confirm the booking. That’s completely fine. What’s not fair is accusing us as if we intentionally wanted to scam or mislead you.
Also, every time I ask you to fill in your details, it is NOT because we are going to terus hantar the car to you. 😂 It is so that we can check and quote the exact price based on your rental details BEFORE you confirm anything.

We’ve been doing this business for a long time, and this has never really been an issue until recently. So please, just ask nicely. We are always open to explaining and answering your questions.
