Your Role:
• Handle daily administrative work and documentation

🚗 WE ARE HIRING – AUTOMOTIVE FOREMAN 🔧

Perodua Vendoria 3S, Kuching is looking for a responsible, experienced and technically skilled Foreman to join our Service Centre team.

🔧 Position: FOREMAN

📍 Location: Perodua Vendoria 3S, Kuching, Sarawak
💼 Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations
• Assign jobs to technicians and monitor work progress
• Diagnose vehicle problems and provide technical guidance
• Ensure servicing and repair work meets Perodua/manufacturer standards
• Conduct quality checks before vehicle handover
• Minimise repeat repairs and customer complaints
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Department
• Guide, train and motivate technicians
• Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness and proper use of tools/equipment
• Support the team in achieving workshop productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

✅ Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Automotive or equivalent
✅ Relevant experience as Foreman / Senior Technician preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repair
✅ Good leadership and problem-solving skills
✅ Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently
✅ Good communication and teamwork
✅ Valid Class D driving licence
✅ Experience in a Perodua 3S / authorised service centre will be an added advantage
