Perodua Vendoria 3S, Kuching is looking for a responsible, experienced and technically skilled Foreman to join our Service Centre team.

πŸ”§ Position: FOREMAN

πŸ“ Location: Perodua Vendoria 3S, Kuching, Sarawak
πŸ’Ό Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations
β€’ Assign jobs to technicians and monitor work progress
β€’ Diagnose vehicle problems and provide technical guidance
β€’ Ensure servicing and repair work meets Perodua/manufacturer standards
β€’ Conduct quality checks before vehicle handover
β€’ Minimise repeat repairs and customer complaints
β€’ Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Department
β€’ Guide, train and motivate technicians
β€’ Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness and proper use of tools/equipment
β€’ Support the team in achieving workshop productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements

βœ… Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Automotive or equivalent
βœ… Relevant experience as Foreman / Senior Technician preferred
βœ… Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repair
βœ… Good leadership and problem-solving skills
βœ… Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently
βœ… Good communication and teamwork
βœ… Valid Class D driving licence
βœ… Experience in a Perodua 3S / authorised service centre will be an added advantage
