Got this set of hybrid battery thru internet few months ago. After we installed into the car, 9 months later, hybrid system malfunction light come up. Plug in computer check, P0A80, replace hybrid battery pack. We feedback to supplier and we're asked to perform inspection on the hybrid battery, after we done as what they told us, supplier refused our claim. No choice, we have replace another brand new hybrid battery for the customer as the hybrid battery is still under warranty. Just highlight to our local workshops, aware of this situation when you buying such low quality product and poor after sales service online.
