What is Blacklist
Whether you are blacklist,Banks will judge you based CTOS and CCRIS.Different Banks make judge your differently.
If you listed at CTOS,it still be no problem.
For CCRIS,everyone with credit facilities would be listed.

What you need to do?

Make sure your make payment to bank at every month without delay.And do not became guarantor for other people even is your family member.If their fail to paid the loan,you will be influence.

CTOS is different from CCRIS because it only collect information from what was published at public and it not involve financial institution.That is why CTOS is still widely used besides CCRIS only store reports from “financial institution”. Whereas if one company or one person decided to sue you for defamation, or other legal matters and are being brought up to court, it would be captured under CTOS after the legal preceding is done and legal notice is issued. CCRIS would never capture those instances.
