Team Papaya score another storming 1st and 2nd podium finish

From a confident start, Oscar looked formidable throughout the 66 laps of the Spanish Grand Prix. Lando showed grit and flair to quickly fight back to P2 after some challenging opening laps, and by the end of an incident filled race, Team Papaya were beyond reach. The flag dropped on our seventh victory of the season, and third double podium. Barcelona was also a landmark race for Oscar, as he became only the third McLaren driver to bag eight consecutive podiums.

McLaren triumph on Monaco’s legendary tight streets

Following a record breaking final qualifying lap, Lando made a confident start from P1, with Oscar racing hard in P3. After 78 thrilling laps of Monaco’s evocative, twisting circuit the flag dropped on a historic win for Team Papaya, with Lando maintaining his unassailable lead and Oscar keeping P3 for another double podium and our sixth victory of the season.

Team Papaya double podium at a drama-packed Imola.

From the first turn, the Emilia Romagna GP 2025 was unpredictable and intense. The narrow, challenging curves of the Imola circuit, plus multiple Safety Car and Virtual Safety Car incidents made for a disrupted racing flow. But Lando and Oscar responded with a solid P2 and P3 respectively, for a good haul of points. Next start, Monaco.
