How to use the tyre enable maximum it's performance.

To maximum tyre performance, you must understand air and working heat for a tyre, air pressure inflation is over or not enough all will be damaged tyre casing structure.

Tyre working heat was comes from speed, long term driving, environment of temperature, emergency braking etc;

Regard air pressure has standard index mark on sidewall, the principle to use actually according two factors one is speed another is weight of loading, adjusted range is between standard index plus and minus 10%. Weight increase pressure inflation increase but not exceed 10%, decrease speed when heavy loading.

Tyre on working got high temperature this heat energy will be concentrated at foot print area, to prevent over heat rubber of contact earth area chipping out to release heat that is standard phenomena of tyre function, temperature more high chipping more fast, that is why ZR degree tyre total mileage around 20000 KM life.

If you want to expand tire mileage longer than normal standard, there are the method to use as below;

1. Maintain stable speed not exceed 110 KM when driving, 90KM/Hour is most reasonable speed for tyre used life.
2.No emergency braking happen.
3. Out door temperature exceed 36 C.prevent long term driving if must went out best way is to take rest interval every two hours.
4. Regular maintain vehicle, alignment check, balance check or rotate tyre position also can last mileage life.

This issue why we post is it's exist workshop replace motor cycle tyre used size same as front on rear,they said that will help user save fuel and run fast, it's really wrong and implement risk of dangerous on it. Motorcycle design front tyre performs sterling control direction so small size is best for handling , rear tyre performs driven function the power concentrate on footprint area, tyre size compare with horse power that means horse power bigger the size need large one, another reason is braking action rear tyre must have strong grab power than front one to stable driving control it's need width size to supply footprint . We can view racing big bike the rear tyre size like passenger car tyre compare the front.
We hope this can help correct some from the wrong doing.

Some one had posted this photo to demo how to inspect tyre used condition of tread wear, excluding this sign you find on tread area also on sidewall shoulder of tyre, there can find TWI or triangle index mark that means link this position you can find as photo shows stuff. All the type tyre use same mark index to help user easy to find out.
This tyre isn't mount on vehicle when tyre was mounted you need know TWI or triangle icon to find out this.

Motorcycle tyre market compete terrible in Malaysia , for cutting cost to make price cheaper some supply makers use small size to replace normal but the end user didn't aware that may be had potential risk for himself.
Motor drive and brake depends on two wheel only, the tyre footprint area support motor contact with earth to perform braking , transform motor energy to dynamic power, grip etc.
If the size became small also the footprint shape small make the function of tyre decrease it's performance.
We hope this information could do something for those concerning their life.
