Regarding the Recent Viral Video Concerning a Zontes Motorcycle

NKS Motorsport has taken note of the recent video circulating on social media concerning a Zontes motorcycle, in which the motorcycle was shown with damage to its engine/frame area.
We would like to clarify that, based on the circumstances of the incident, the damage shown in the video was caused by a road accident and is not an indication of a manufacturing or product-quality issue.
Following the incident, the motorcycle has been handed over to NKS Motorsport and is currently under our care for the necessary insurance claim and assessment process. We are working closely with the relevant parties to ensure that the claim is handled properly and that the rider receives the necessary assistance throughout the process.
We would also like to assure our customers and the public that Zontes motorcycles are built to a high standard of quality, safety and reliability, with product quality and technical standards being supported by Zontes Malaysia. Every Zontes motorcycle is subject to the appropriate quality assurance and technical standards before being delivered to customers.
At the same time, Zontes Malaysia understands the circumstances faced by the affected rider and will provide appropriate assistance to the rider during the period required for the insurance claim and related processes.
NKS Motorsport and Zontes Malaysia remain committed to supporting our customers, providing professional after-sales service, and addressing any product-related concerns responsibly and transparently.
We also kindly appeal to members of the public and social media users to avoid drawing conclusions regarding the quality or safety of the motorcycle solely from the circulating video, without full knowledge of the circumstances surrounding the incident.
