Dear customer,

Due to some force majeure reasons, we have to temporarily suspend the opening plan for our new store in Puchong. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause you. We would like to express our sincere apologies to our esteemed customers who have made reservations for the new store and solemnly promise to refund unconditionally, as a gesture of our sincerity and respect.

JimatGo is a car maintenance platform that is committed to providing honest and trustworthy services. We firmly believe that only through honest, transparent and professional services can we gain the trust and long-term cooperation of our customers. We will continue to work hard to provide our esteemed customers with the best quality services and experiences.

We would like to inform you publicly that our recently leased store was threatened by debt collectors, which forced us to cancel the lease agreement. We immediately notified the landlord and proposed a corresponding plan to reduce losses for both parties. However, the landlord refused to discuss with us and accused us of possibly hiring personnel to cause malicious damage. We feel deeply wronged and accused, as we have never done such a thing and will not do so. We have always adhered to the principle of honesty and insisted on legal business operations. We have also reported the case to the police and will fully cooperate with their investigation.
