Stopping Power for Real Work Loads
Heavy loads demand more than just engine strength.
For contractors and fleet operators, work routes are rarely predictable. The new Isuzu D-Max Standard is built to maintain control when carrying weight across varying surfaces.
The Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) supports controlled emergency braking, while Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) adjusts rear braking force based on vehicle load. When sudden stops are required, Brake Assist (BA) activates full braking pressure automatically. Supporting these systems, Electronic Stability Control (ESC) manages wheel spin and brake application to help reduce oversteer or understeer on wet or uneven roads.
Together, these systems help the truck remain stable and predictable during demanding work runs.
