TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE: Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE: StunningBike Online Store reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us. WARRANTIES: Customer understands that StunningBike Online Store is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not StunningBike Online Store. NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED, WRITTEN, OR IMPLIED is made on any products made or sold by StunningBike Online Store. StunningBike Online Store cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Doesn't fit? You can return or exchange new, unused and unaltered item within 3 business days of receipt of your item. Noted: Restocking fees for exchange sizes are RM100. So please make sure that you choose the helmet sizing correctly. We do have the helmet sizing chart in our photo album. REFUND POLICY: -Products must be in the new, un-used condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. USED/ DAMAGED/ BLEMISHED MERCHANDISE: -Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used. -We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike. -Any merchandise which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned. -You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our store. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier (PosLaju, SkyNet, UPS, FedEx, USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like! ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATIONS: If you change your mind, act quick! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly. Orders can be modified or cancelled only while "In Process". Once an order has been "Done" it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and we are awaiting tracking information. SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, SECURITY INTEREST: StunningBike Online Store will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of Customer. StunningBike Online Store charges shipping and handling fees for every shipment, unless a special promotion or contract term provides otherwise, such cost includes the freight charged by the carrier, packaging, and handling, but does not necessarily equal a direct pass-through of such cost to the customer. Risk of loss is upon Customer once we deliver the product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for delays. StunningBike Online Store retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges. NOTED: Please be noted that our company cannot guarantee the "Box" of the helmets will in a good condition. We only guarantee the helmet will be in the prefect/good condition. Sometimes Custom Malaysia will slightly damage the "Box" of the helmets during checking purpose. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: StunningBike Online Store will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges. StunningBike Online Store will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.
