FM CSR Visit to Darul Bakti Orphanage Home in Conjunction with Hari Raya Haji
As part of FM's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, a meaningful visit was made to Darul Bakti Orphanage Home in Kota Belud in conjunction with Hari Raya Aidiladha.
FM, under the auspices of PEKEMA Sabah, contributed a donation of RM4,000 to the orphanage. The contribution was made on behalf of Arwah Datuk Ibrahim Abdullah, in honour of his lasting legacy of giving.
Representing FM during the visit were Mr. Colin Chai, Senior Manager, and Mr. Faiz Alaludin, Manager. The donation was officially received by Ustaz Rahmat bin Lokman, Headmaster of the orphanage home. Also in attendance was Mr. Mohammad Yatim Mohd Kadas, Executive Secretary of PEKEMA Sabah.
In addition to the monetary donation, duit Raya was distributed to the orphans, also on behalf of Arwah Datuk Ibrahim Abdullah. To further brighten the occasion, a special lunch sponsored by FM’s Managing Director, Datuk Ellisa Ibrahim, and her son, Adam Nazri, was served—much to the delight of the children, who enjoyed a hearty KFC meal.
The visit reflects FM’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and social responsibility, particularly in supporting underprivileged groups during festive seasons.
