Berikutan kejadian pada hari ini di mana nama perniagaan kedai kami “YUNG FATT TYRES SDN BHD” telah disalahgunakan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggungjawab untuk tujuan yang menyalahi undang-undang, dengan ini kami menegaskan bahawa kedai kami tidak pernah menjalankan sebarang urusan penjualan kereta dan juga tidak pernah melantik mana-mana pihak ketiga sebagai ejen jualan.

Sekiranya orang awam mendapati terdapat situasi yang serupa, sila membuat pengesahan dengan pihak kedai kami serta melaporkannya kepada pihak berkuasa untuk tindakan lanjut.

Kedai kami akan mengekalkan hak untuk mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap pihak yang menyalahgunakan nama perniagaan kami, serta bekerjasama dengan pihak berkuasa bagi mengambil tindakan sewajarnya terhadap pihak tidak bertanggungjawab tersebut.

In light of the incident today where the business name of our shop, “YUNG FATT TYRES SDN BHD,” has been fraudulently misused by unscrupulous individuals for unlawful purposes, we hereby make a stern declaration that our shop has never engaged in any car-selling business and has not authorized any third party as a sales agent.
Should the public encounter any similar situations, please verify directly with our shop and report the matter to the relevant authorities for further action.
Our shop reserves the right to pursue legal action against those who have misused our business name and will cooperate with the authorities to take appropriate action against the offenders.

本店将保留被冒用商号的追求权力，并且寻求执法单位以对付冒用本店商号的不法分子。
