您好，我们是BHP业者， 谢谢您给予的支持与回馈, 同时向你道歉若我们的员工有任何不礼貌的对待。

经过我们的调查，当时可能相关油枪出现故障导致部分的汽油溢出。
当时我们的员工经所能向你了解与解释，同时你也坚持fully refund(Rm 3)
可惜我们的油站系统不能为你做出任何的退款，我们的员工同时也缺乏经验解决这方面的事情， 他只好自掏腰包让你的motor 继续添油至满缸。

有什么不礼貌的对待，本油站在此在这里想你道歉，谢谢你多年来的支持！希望我们后会有期，再次为你带来的不便说不好意思

Hari ini terdapat satu posting mengatakan staff BHPetrol Bandar Baru tidak membantu dalam Selesaikan isu pump. Untuk makluman , Nozzle yang digunakan oleh customer Tiba tiba mengalami kerosakan stopper dimana minyak terkeluar tangki motor beliau. Kami ingin memohon maaf atas kesulitan tersebut. Tetapi Apa yang customer tulis dalam FB mengatakan pihak kami tidak memenuhi permintaan customer iaitu FULLY Refund.

Tapi Apa yang pelanggan tersebut tidak memberitau adalah…. Staff kami bayar sendiri Untuk isi penuh tangki minyak Motor dia daripada fully refund sebab itu adalah procedure kami. ( Amount dia bayar Rm 3 Untuk isi minyak, tapi staff tambahkan sampai isi penuh tangki minyak.)
