市面上针对 Mercedes W177 A250 的改装涡轮选择并不多，整体效果也未达预期。
因此三个月前，我们决定将 AMG A35 的涡轮移植至 A250 的 M260 引擎上。

为了确保整套系统的耐用性与稳定性，引擎冷却、进气系统、排气系统以及涡轮冷却系统均进行了全面升级，同时加入酒精喷射与泄压阀。

这台车目前最好的成绩是用Ron 100+ methanol 以2.1bar 做出轮上342马力（换算dynojet约410轮上马力）。虽然中冷器和点火系统早已完成升级，但考虑到这是一台几乎每天使用的代步车，车主坚持以 Ron95 燃油进行调校。在兼顾涡轮压力与点火安全的前提下，目前设定在持压1.4bar。

即使是在Dynomax四轮马力机上也从Stage 2的211轮上马力一跃至轮上267匹，若换算去Dynojet马力机至少在轮上320匹。

经过两个月的实测，车辆整体表现依旧稳定可靠。
下一步，期待更激进的调校，以及更大的涡轮🤤

Turbo upgrade options for the Mercedes W177 A250 are limited, and most don’t deliver the results we’re looking for.
So three months ago, we decided to take a different approach—fitting an AMG A35 turbo onto the M260 engine.

To ensure reliability and consistency, the cooling, intake, exhaust, and turbo systems were all upgraded, along with the addition of methanol injection and a blow-off valve.

Currently we get the best result on this setup is 342Whp on Dyno max (which equal to 410whp on dynojet) running with Ron100 + Methanol Injection. Even though the car already runs upgraded intercooler And ignition system, but since it’s a true daily driven car, the owner chose to stick with Ron95 fuel.
With safety in mind, hold boost is currently set at 1.4bar.

On the Dynomax AWD dyno, power increased from 211whp (Stage 2) to 267whp（Stage 3）, If converted to a Dynojet dyno Estimated 320whp.

After two months of testing, the car remains stable and reliable.

This is just the beginning—
more aggressive tuning and a bigger turbo coming next 🤤🔥
