今天本店遇到了一件需要自省的 case ❗

顾客向我头手说他的刹车器会发出异响

需要我们检查看看，

当我们试车后发现声响是从

后面的 Brake 皮和 Bearing造成的。

我们把诊断结果告知顾客，

顾客带质疑地说 Bearing哪里有坏？

明明是Brake Jam了... ...

于是我们就转了后面 Bearing 让顾客听一下

这 Bearing 已发出很粗糙的声音。

我们把这辆车的问题仔细地向顾客讲解一遍，

让他完全明白后询问他是否需要维修

这异响问题。

在经过他的许可下，

我们报了包工费及更换后面 Bearing 的价格，

顾客知道准确维修价后 他同意开始动工。

完成维修要结单时，

顾客看了一下手上的单据，

突然问我们为啥换个后面 Bearing

也要这么贵。。。

可能是我们全体员工与客户之间

的沟通技巧需要再进步。
