❄️ Air-cond not cold? Sometimes, that's not the only problem!

This Nissan X-Trail owner previously came to refill the air-cond gas. We advised him to return if it became warm again, so we could check for leaks.

Recently, he came back. When we opened the bonnet, we spotted green crystallised residue around the radiator joint 😱 — a sign that the radiator had deteriorated and needed attention.

The air-cond system also had a leaking Cooling Coil.
We replaced the Cooling Coil and Air Filter, followed by Air Cond Flushing. 🔧❄️

Two problems found. One proper inspection.
Fix it early before a small issue becomes a major repair. 😊

🚐 Bought a used Vellfire only 2 months ago, but the air-cond gas had already been refilled twice! 😰

Instead of immediately replacing parts, we asked for 2 days to inspect the system thoroughly. 🔍

We didn't know what the previous owner had repaired, so we had to find the real cause.

And we found it!
✅ The rear Cooling Coil was leaking.
Cooling Coil replaced, followed by Air Cond Flushing — problem solved! ❄️😊

We also recorded the inspection and repair process, keeping the owner updated every step of the way. 🎥

Best part?
He didn't need to spend a huge amount to fix it! 😄👍

The air-cond wasn’t cold, so he poured some water over the Condenser to check it. 💦

After seeing something that looked like bubbles, he thought:

“The Condenser must be leaking!” 🤣
So he drove straight to our workshop.

After a proper inspection…
❌ Not the Condenser.
✅ The real culprit was the Cooling Coil!

The owner standing beside us could only smile awkwardly when we showed him the actual problem. 😆

No worries — what matters is finding the real cause.

We replaced the Cooling Coil, changed the Air Filter, cleaned everything properly, and carried out a complete Air Cond Flushing. ❄️✨

Problem solved. Cold air is back! 😊

👉 When your car air-cond isn’t cold, don’t simply assume it needs more gas.
