That was how the customer described the driving experience with this Kia Forte.

After checking, the problem was a jammed front absorber.

โš ๏ธ Why does a jammed absorber matter?

Absorbers help control the suspension's movement when driving over bumps and uneven roads. When an absorber gets stuck and can no longer move as it should, the suspension may not respond properly, affecting ride comfort and handling.

Thatโ€™s why if your car suddenly feels unusually harsh, unstable or uncomfortable over bumps, itโ€™s worth getting the suspension checked instead of ignoring it.

For this Kia Forte, we're replacing the front absorbers with SACHS absorbers.

No air-cond for a few monthsโ€ฆ imagine driving around in this Ipoh's heat! ๐Ÿฅต

For this Proton Iriz, the cooling coil was found to be faulty. And replacing it isn't as simple as opening the bonnet and changing a part.

The whole dashboard has to be dismantled to access the cooling coil inside the cabin. As you can see from the photos, quite a bit needs to come apart before we can reach it!

Once the faulty coil is replaced, the air-cond system needs to be checked to make sure everything is working properly before the dashboard goes back together.

When it comes to brake maintenance, don't focus only on the front brakes. Your rear brake pads deserve attention too! ๐Ÿ‘€

Your rear brakes work together with the front brakes to help slow down the car and maintain stable, controlled braking.
