Road Safety alert!

*Be careful of yellow markers on wet road after a rain* Near Simpang Pulai to Cameron Highlands.

My guess is hitting breaks right on top of the yellow line that looks slippery by the looks of its reflective surface, resulting in the car skid...

Any expert can comment how and why so we all other can avoid such tragedy?
