It was a tough battle last night, and although the score didn’t go our way, our boys played with heart, passion, and fighting spirit until the final whistle.

To us, Setia Safiro FC will always be the pride and winner of the Safiro residents. Every player held their head high, showing true teamwork and never giving up.

We learn, we grow, and we come back stronger. The journey continues, and we’re already looking forward to the next game!!

FULL-TIME: SETIA SAFIRO FC 3 - 3 SEJATI LAKESIDE FC

Another electrifying night under the lights! Although the game started late, the energy was high from the first whistle. As usual, Setia Safiro FC started a bit slow, allowing Sejati Lakeside FC to take an early 0-1 lead through a high bouncing ball that caught our defenders off guard.

Despite trailing, Safiro dominated possession and controlled the tempo. A golden opportunity came in the form of a penalty, but unfortunately, we couldn’t convert it into a goal.

As the rain began to fall, the intensity rose. Challenges became fiercer, but credit to both teams for maintaining great sportsmanship throughout even during the rough 50-50 moments.

Sejati briefly extended their lead to 1-2, but Safiro turned up the heat and came back strong to lead 3-2. However, in the final quarter, Sejati capitalized on a chance to level the game, and it ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw.

Massive shoutout to all the fans and families who braved the late hours and weather to support us. Your presence means everything

Happy Birthday to the One and Only Inspector Kavi!!

Today we raise our boots in celebration of a true football warrior. A player whose journey speaks of excellence, dedication, and heart.

Kavi is more than just experience, he’s humble, approachable, and always smiling. He carries no ego, only passion. Despite all he’s achieved, he treats everyone with respect, supports his teammates, and leads by example, on and off the field.

It’s a privilege to play alongside him. He’s a true team player, a role model, and a friend to many.

Announcement – Dr. Hakim

It’s with mixed emotions that we announce our beloved right back, Dr. Hakim, will be transferring to Kota Kinabalu Hospital next month for the next chapter in his professional journey.

His absence will be deeply felt on and off the field. But more importantly, we are proud of his journey and wish him all the best in his career as he continues to make a difference, not just in football, but in the lives he touches every day.

From all of us at Setia Safiro FC, thank you, Dr. Hakim. We’ll keep the right back position warm for you. Come back stronger, and we’ll be ready to welcome you home when the time comes.
