We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Admin Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
* Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning & day to day operations
* Coordinate and schedule appointments.
* Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
* Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
