Perodua Kancil masuk — kereta ni lama tak guna. Bila nak pakai balik, aircond dah tak sejuk.
Ni memang biasa: walaupun takde apa-apa rosak, kalau kereta duduk lama — berbulan, bertahun — gas pun boleh hilang sikit-sikit.
Owner nak buka cooling coil untuk cuci je. Tapi bila keluar, rupanya coil tu betul-betul bocor.
Tukar baru + vacuum + isi gas, test OK, sejuk balik. ✅

A Perodua Kancil that had been sitting unused for a long time — the owner went to use it again and found no cold air. That's common: even with nothing broken, a car left standing for months or years slowly loses its gas. He only wanted the cooling coil cleaned, but once it was out we found it genuinely leaking. Replaced, vacuumed and regassed — cold again. ✅

Aircond tak sejuk — mesti kurang gas ke?
Belum tentu. Baru-baru ni je kami jumpa: pump compressor dah tak kuat, kipas pusing perlahan sampai sistem panas, magnet clutch terbakar — semua ni buat aircond tak sejuk, tapi bukan sebab gas.
Kalau terus isi gas tanpa check, punca sebenar masih ada — tak lama lagi tak sejuk balik.
Check dulu, baru tahu apa yang betul-betul kena baiki. ✅

"Aircond not cold" — must be low gas, right? Not necessarily. Recently we've seen a compressor that had lost its pumping strength, a fan spinning too slowly and overheating the system, and a burnt magnet clutch. All of them killed the cold; none of them were about gas. Topping up without checking leaves the real cause in place, and the cold won't last. ✅

冷气不冷，是不是就是要打 gas？
不一定。最近我们就遇到：compressor 的 pump 没力、风扇转太慢导致系统过热、magnet clutch 烧掉——都会让冷气不冷，但都跟 gas 没关系。
不检查就直接打 gas，真正的原因还在，过不久又不冷了。
先检查，才知道真正要修的是什么。✅

Proton Persona VVT masuk — gas habis terus.
Kami nampak kesan minyak pada condenser — itu suspek pertama, dan memang betul, condenser yang bocor.
Coil bocor pun selalu jadi punca, jadi kami cadang sekali buka cooling coil untuk cuci dan check bocor. Owner terus setuju.
Nasib baik coil tak bocor — cuci bersih, pasang balik. Condenser tukar baru. Test siap: sejuk. ✅

Proton Persona VVT came in completely out of gas. Oil traces on the condenser made it our first suspect — and that's exactly what it was. Since a leaking coil is also a common cause, we suggested pulling the cooling coil at the same time to clean and check it. The owner agreed straight away. Good news: the coil wasn't leaking — cleaned and refitted, condenser replaced. Tested cold. ✅

Proton Persona VVT 进厂——gas 完全没了。
我们看到 condenser 上有油渍，第一个怀疑对象就是它——结果真的是它在漏。
Coil 漏也是常见原因，所以我们建议顺便把 cooling coil 拆下来清洗，顺道检查有没有漏。车主很爽快就答应了。
幸好 coil 没漏，洗干净装回去，condenser 换新。测试 OK：冷气凉。✅

Perodua Bezza masuk — magnet clutch compressor dah terbakar dan short.
Kami cadang owner tukar satu compressor sekali: lagi tenang, ada warranty, tak payah risau lepas ni jadi hal lagi.
Owner setuju. Pasang compressor baru + vacuum + isi gas, test OK, sejuk balik. ✅

Perodua Bezza came in with a burnt, shorted magnet clutch on the compressor. We suggested replacing the compressor as a whole unit — more peace of mind, and it comes with warranty. The owner agreed. New compressor, vacuum and regas, tested — cold again. ✅

我们建议车主一次性换整个 compressor：比较安心，而且有 warranty，不用担心过后又出问题。

Proton Saga lama masuk — owner cakap aircond kurang sejuk, dan dia perasan kipas pusing perlahan.
Kami check, memang kipas yang bermasalah. Kipas lemah, sistem aircond jadi terlalu panas — sebab tu tak sejuk.
Owner terus setuju tukar. Nasib baik dia perasan awal — kalau lambat, paip boleh panas sampai pecah, compressor pun boleh rosak.
Pasang siap, test: sejuk balik. ✅

An older Proton Saga came in — the owner noticed the fan spinning slowly along with the weaker cold. He was right: the fan was the problem. A weak fan lets the system run too hot, and that's what kills the cold. Good thing he caught it early — left longer, pipes can overheat and burst and the compressor can be damaged too. Replaced and tested — cold again. ✅

旧款 Proton Saga 进厂——车主说冷气不够冷，还留意到风扇转得很慢。
检查之后确实是风扇有问题。风扇不给力，整个冷气系统温度过高，自然就不冷了。
车主当场决定更换。幸好他早发现——再拖下去，管路可能过热爆开，compressor 也会因为高温损坏。
装好测试：冷气回来了。✅

Toyota Hilux Vigo masuk — owner asalnya cuma nak cuci cooling coil.
Masa buat kerja, kami perasan magnet clutch compressor dia dah retak. Kalau bawa jauh atau masuk kebun, boleh jadi hal di tengah jalan.
Bagitahu owner risikonya, dia pilih tukar terus — lagi tenang.
Jadi: cuci cooling coil, pasang 1 set magnet clutch original Vigo. Test siap, sejuk. ✅

Toyota Hilux Vigo came in just for a cooling coil clean. While working on it we spotted a crack in the compressor's magnet clutch — the kind of thing that leaves you stuck on a long run or out in the plantation. We explained the risk and the owner chose to replace it there and then. Coil cleaned, one set of original Vigo magnet clutch fitted. Tested, cold. ✅

Toyota Hilux Vigo 进厂——车主本来只是要洗 cooling coil。
做工的时候我们发现：compressor 的 magnet clutch 已经有裂痕。要是跑长途或者进芭，半路出事就麻烦了。
把这个隐患讲给车主听，他觉得直接换掉比较安心。

Proton Saga VVT masuk — aircond tak cukup sejuk. Mula-mula kami pun ingat gas kurang.
Tapi check betul-betul, rupanya compressor dah tak ada tenaga — bukan sebab gas.
Tukar compressor baru + vacuum + isi gas, test OK, sejuk balik. ✅
Tak sejuk tak semestinya kurang gas — check dulu, baru tahu punca sebenar.

Proton Saga VVT came in — aircond not cold enough. Low gas was our first thought too. But a proper check showed the compressor had lost its power; gas wasn't the issue. New compressor, vacuum and regas — cold again. ✅ Not cold doesn't always mean low gas. A check tells you the real cause.

Proton Saga VVT 进厂——冷气不够冷。一开始我们也以为是 gas 不够。
检查之后才发现：是 compressor 没力了，跟 gas 没关系。
换新 compressor + 抽真空 + 加雪种，测试 OK，冷气回来了。✅
所以不够冷不一定是缺 gas，先检查，才知道真正的原因。

Cuti pun aircond tetap kena sejuk, so kami buat kerja macam biasa. Raya, cuti, hari biasa — sama je.

Toyota Vios masuk — owner memang dah lama nak cuci cooling coil, tapi risau lepas buka pasang dashboard kereta jadi banyak bunyi, so tangguh je.
Kali ni aircond dah kurang sejuk, datang tanya kami. Kami rasa dalam tu dah kotor — owner fikir-fikir, bagi green light. Terima kasih atas kepercayaan!
Coil keluar je, owner sendiri pun terkejut — kotor macam ni rupanya. Terus tukar baru. Buka pasang semua ikut step, siap test: sejuk. ✅

Toyota Vios came in — the owner had long wanted to clean his cooling coil, but worried a dashboard-out job would leave rattles, so he kept putting it off. With the aircond losing its cold, he came to ask us. We suspected dirt inside; he thought it over and gave the green light — thank you for the trust! When the coil came out, even he was shocked at the state of it, and went straight for a new one. Everything back together step by step — tested, cold. ✅

Proton Saga BLM masuk — aircond tak sejuk, gas pun kosong.
Mula-mula kami ingatkan cooling coil bocor. Tapi periksa betul-betul — rupanya pipe yang sambung coil dengan valve tu yang bocor.
Jadi tukar pipe je sudah, coil tak payah tukar. Vacuum + isi gas, test OK, sejuk balik — tak payah belanja lebih. ✅

Proton Saga BLM came in — aircond not cold, gas completely empty. We expected a leaking cooling coil too — but a proper check showed the leak was in the pipe connecting the coil and the valve. So only the pipe was replaced, the coil stayed. Vacuum + regas, cold again — no spending more than needed. ✅

Proton Saga BLM 进厂——冷气不冷，gas 一点不剩。
我们原本也以为是 cooling coil 漏，仔细检查之后——漏的其实是连接 coil 和 valve 的那条 pipe。
那就只换 pipe，coil 不用动。抽真空 + 加雪种，测试 OK，冷气回来——该省的帮车主省。✅
