My VW Caddy 2k, a rare find with perfect bodywork because it had been wrapped since new.
I removed the rear panels, soundproofed the inside, lined it with marine ply wood then carpeted thought. Electrically I just replaced all lights to LED with interior spot lights, high beam driving lights and then new sound system before remapping the 1.6 TDI engine to 155bhp. The perfect everyday vehicle.

This scooter had a throttle sticking open causing the owner to switch off the engine in order to slow down. I diagnosed the fault to be a damaged throttle cable. To replace it I had to remove pretty much every panel, but a good opportunity to give everything a check over and clean.
