It is a difficult but not impossible task for mayors - they have to prioritize the attention that the community requires at all times.

Hablemos un poco de la importancia de pagar impuestos 💰de una propiedad para tu comunidad, más cuando se encuentra en un municipio que está en las afueras de zonas urbanas principales del estado de Yucatan, es decir ciudades como Mérida o Progreso…
Así que pagar tus impuestos en tiempo 🕰️ y forma, resulta ser de gran ayuda para la comunidad en la que pertenece o habitas tu casa/departamento/terreno/ negocio pues el municipio tiene de manera oportuna el flujo de efectivo 💸 para hacer frente a gastos inesperados por desastres naturales o sirve para dar apoyos económicos para tus vecinos más vulnerables por cuestiones de salud o afectaciones en sus viviendas, es una tarea difícil pero no imposible para los alcaldes pues tienen que priorizar las atenciones que requiera la comunidad en todo momento.
También ayudas a que tu municipio planee su presupuesto a lo largo del año y pueda llevar a cabo los proyectos en beneficio de tu comunidad, como mejoras y mantenimiento en las calles, alumbrados, implementación de programas de educación, de salud y prevención, construcción de areas publicas para la comunidad, adquisición de equipo de trabajo, transporte de emergencia, de equipo de prevención, realización de eventos y actividades recreativas, deportivas y culturales que fomenten el deporte, nuestra cultura y la convivencia familiar, etc. es una lista larga que cada Alcalde tiene la autonomía de atender las necesidades de tu comunidad.
Por el buen manejo y una responsable administracion, les permite con el dinero que se tiene en la caja del Municipio, planear, actuar y pagar oportunamente.
Les invito a realizar su pago de impuestos cada inicio de año, regularmente los municipios ofrecen un descuento si pagas durante el mes de Enero de cada año, el importe depende del tipo de propiedad, tamaño, si es terreno o ya hay construcción, si se ocuparon materiales de cierta calidad, bajo, medio o de lujo, si es nueva o antigua, si se localiza en la playa o no, etc., con esto ayudas a tu comunidad donde vives, 🛖🏘️gracias!!!!! 🙏🏼
