‼️Important message ‼️

For all our dear customers

For about three months, we have been dealing with an issue in our shipping system where some packages get held up for review, documentation, and processing by U.S. Customs.

Please remember that our products are manufactured in Mexico, and this step must be completed before the packages are handed over to carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. This process takes 3 to 7 days, during which time we have no control over the packages.

Starting September 1st, we will limit shipments to just two or three times a month—specifically between the 13th–16th and the 28th–31st. This allows us to move larger batches of packages more efficiently. Please note that if you already have a tracking number, your order has been packed and is ready to ship.

We are making these changes to keep our prices affordable for everyone, despite global market instability.

Thank you all for your understanding, and blessings to you🙏

Look forward to good news in September: new products, improvements to our production process, and new payment methods that are accessible to everyone. 👀
