Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and polyvalent Purchaser/Driver to join our automotive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing automotive parts, tools, and workshop consumables, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely supply to support workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and purchase automotive spare parts, tyres, lubricants, tools, and consumables
Identify and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best prices and conditions
Ensure quality and compliance of purchased items with workshop requirements
Coordinate with workshop staff for urgent or specific parts requirements
Ensure efficient handling of emergency purchases when required
Requirements :
Minimum School Certificate (SC) certified
Valid Motorcycle and Light Vehicle Driving License (obligatory)
Good knowledge of vehicle spare parts is preferred
Well-presented and professional appearance
Polyvalent and adaptable
French speaking required (English is an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08h20 to 17h00
The position may require occasional work outside normal working hours, depending on operational needs, including urgent or emergency procurement requests. Any work performed beyond standard working hours will be compensated with extra remuneration.
