ATI Supplies Ltd is looking for a reliable and responsible Motorbike Delivery Person to join our team.

If you know Malta’s roads well, enjoy being on the move and take pride in getting the job done properly, we’d like to hear from you.

The role includes:
✔️ Delivering automotive parts to customers across Malta
✔️ Ensuring orders are delivered safely, accurately and on time
✔️ Planning efficient daily delivery routes
✔️ Handling delivery documentation and confirmations
✔️ Assisting with loading and unloading when required
✔️ Keeping company vehicles clean and roadworthy

What we’re looking for:
🏍️ Valid motorcycle and car driving licences, ideally Maltese
📍 Currently based in Malta with a good knowledge of local roads
📦 At least 1 year of delivery experience in Malta
🗣️ Fluent in English – spoken Maltese is an asset
⏰ Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

We are looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a varied administrative role supporting the day-to-day operations of the company and working across different areas of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

General office administration and day-to-day support
Filing, document management and maintaining accurate records
Data entry and updating internal systems
Preparing and processing documentation
Handling emails, telephone calls and general enquiries
Coordinating documents and information between departments
Assisting with purchasing, stock and delivery-related administration where required
Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks
Maintaining organised electronic and physical records
Other general office duties as required

We are looking for someone who:

Is organised, methodical and dependable
Has good written and verbal communication skills
Is comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Has strong attention to detail and accuracy
Can prioritise tasks and manage their workload
Is able to work independently as well as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Previous experience in an administrative or office environment would be considered an asset
