We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pipe Installer / Compressed Air Systems Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the installation of aluminium compressed air piping systems and support our senior technician in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial compressed air equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wishes to build a long-term career in industrial engineering and compressed air systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Install aluminium compressed air pipework (AirNet systems) in factories, workshops and garages.
• Measure, cut, assemble and secure pipework according to installation drawings and site requirements.
• Install pipe supports, drops, valves, filters and associated compressed air equipment.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of Atlas Copco air compressors and compressed air treatment equipment.
• Assist with servicing, maintenance and repair of compressed air systems.
• Operate power tools and installation equipment safely and correctly.
• Ensure installations are completed to a high standard of workmanship.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area at customer sites.
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
• Complete installation reports and communicate site progress with the project supervisor.
• Represent the company professionally when working on customer premises.
