Automotive (Paint Correction)

This procedure is typically reserved for vehicles with significant swirl marks, deep scratches, or oxidation.

Stage 1: Compounding
(Heavy Cut)

Goal: Remove deep defects, heavy swirl marks, and severe imperfections.
Equipment: Coarse abrasive compound paired with a heavy-cut pad (like wool or microfiber) and often a rotary polisher.

Stage 2: Polishing
(Refinement)

Goal: Eliminate minor defects and "holograms" left behind by the aggressive compounding stage.
Equipment: Medium abrasive polish with a foam polishing pad.

Stage 3: Finishing
(Jeweling)

Goal: Achieve maximum clarity, depth, and a mirror-like shine.
Equipment: Ultra-fine polishing compound with a soft finishing pad. 💎 ✨✨
