We are looking for reliable and experienced Skilled Labourers to join our busy yacht yard team.

⚓ Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with hauling out, launching, blocking and moving vessels
• General yard maintenance and cleaning
• Preparing and organising work areas
• Assisting tradespeople with various tasks

✅ Requirements:

• Valid driving licence
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team

⭐ Preferred but not essential:

Experience operating heavy machinery, such as forklifts, travel lifts or cranes.

Anton Tanti joined Manoel Island Yacht Yard in 2005 as an Engineering Apprentice and continued his career with the company following the 2010 privatisation. After serving for 10 years as Engineering Supervisor, he was promoted to Life Saving Equipment Department Manager in 2018. Anton's dedication, leadership, and commitment to professional growth have made him a valued member of our team and an important contributor to our success.
