𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬
Position: Spare Parts Specialist (M/F – 2 Positions)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Insein Road, Hlaing Township, Yangon

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Identify, source, and supply genuine spare parts based on customer and workshop requirements.
Process spare parts quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels to ensure parts availability.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Receive, inspect, store, and issue spare parts in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the dealership management system.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Provide technical support and product information to customers and service advisors.
Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts to maintain quality standards.
Support departmental sales targets and contribute to customer satisfaction.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive spare parts, warehouse operations, or parts sales is preferred.
Knowledge of automotive components and electronic parts catalogues (EPC) is an advantage.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
