What working on suspension has taught us is that just when you think you understand most of it, something new comes up. Testing shocks on a crank dyno seemed sufficient at first—until you get a perfect dyno graph, but the shock still has issues in the car.

We needed a way to verify and create real-world shock absorber behavior, especially to test performance over sharp bumps, where most noises occur.

That’s where the EMA dyno proved to be the perfect solution. It allows us to identify even the smallest imperfections, clearly displaying them on a graph and giving us the ability to refine and improve our refurbishment process

As we refurbish more and more McLaren shocks, we’ve started to face an issue where an otherwise fully healthy shock core is considered unusable simply because corrosion has damaged the lift mechanism.

Starting today, we will be able to replace the lift with a brand-new unit!

The opening weeks of 2026 started with a lot of McLaren orders and a couple of R8 orders.

We shipped a 720S front shock and three additional accumulators to the Czech Republic.

A 570S front and rear shocks was shipped to Denmark.

We are finishing a 720S front set received from France.

Three more front sets are scheduled for France, Puerto Rico and Saudi Arabia.

Two sets of 720S accumulators have been sold.

Another 20 pieces are in the final stage for our partner in the UK.

R8 shocks will be shipped to their customers in Hong Kong and Canada soon.
