As no concerns were raised with us at the time of completion or in the time since, we were surprised to see this matter surface through a public channel rather than through direct communication.
At The Jeep Uncle, we stand firmly behind the quality of our work. All services carried out at our workshop are covered under our warranty policy—a standard we have upheld since our inception. We are committed to addressing any genuine concerns brought to us and finding practical, customer-focused solutions wherever necessary.
Should any customer feel that the outcome of a service did not meet expectations, we encourage them to reach out to us directly. We are always open to discussing the matter and, where appropriate, finding a mutually acceptable resolution.
