Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Marine)
Location: UAE
Role Summary:
Mid-level QS with marine experience to handle both pre- and post-contract activities and support multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Tendering, estimation, BOQs, and bid support (pre-contract)
Cost control, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts (post-contract)
Contract administration (FIDIC)
Subcontract management and procurement
Support multiple marine projects simultaneously
Requirements:
5–10 years’ experience in marine projects (ports, dredging, quay walls, etc.)
Strong pre & post contract experience
Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts
Degree in QS / Civil Engineering
MRICS is a plus
Key Skills:
Strong commercial awareness
Multitasking and ability to handle multiple projects
Good communication and negotiation skills
