At MOTECO, we take pride in delivering top-tier automotive servicing, engine reconditioning, and body repair solutions. To keep up with our growth, we are looking for an experienced Body Paint & Collision Garage Manager to lead our collision and paint department!
🔧 What you’ll do:
• Oversee day-to-day body repair, structural alignment, and paint booth operations.
• Manage Job Orders (JOs), cost estimation, and job profitability.
• Lead and schedule our team of technicians while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate directly with insurance adjusters, parts suppliers, and clients.
🎯 What we’re looking for: • Proven supervisory/management experience in collision repair and body paint.
• Strong grasp of workshop documentation, cost estimation, and basic job accounting.
• High attention to detail, finishing quality, and color matching.
