Due to the pandemic, Kazakhstan has suspended it's visa-free regime until November 1st 2020. This means that we can trust that the borders will be opened this year, but travelers will need to get a KZ Visa before their trip if it will be before November 1st 2020.
To obtain a visa you will need to visit one of the consular offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan in your country.
Please note that you must present a medical certificate confirming that you are not infected with Covid19 which was issued 48 hours prior to your visit to the consular office when picking up your passport and visa.
You can get a single-entry tourist visa for 30 days (B12) without a formal letter of invitation (no need for visa support).
Attention: Kazakhstan is still under a period of quarantine, which is likely going to finish on June 15th. You not be allowed to enter as a tourist until this period has concluded. Please feel free to check this page for updates on this, or contact us directly at, [email protected]
