드럼 샌더용 자동 공급장치(모터 미사용) // Non-Motorized Auto Feed Mechanism for Drum Sander

추가적인 모터를 사용하지 않고 드럼샌더의 축의 동력을
감속기어 4단을 거쳐서 자동 공급장치를 만들었습니다.
1초당 2cm로 슬라이딩 공급 목표로 설계했습니다.
한개의 감속 기어비가 3.76 : 1 이며, 4단을 거치면 총 기어비는
기어비 208 : 1 입니다.
전동드릴이 2400rpm 속도이며, 기어 4단을 거치면서 공급 롤라 속도는 12rpm이 됩니다.

Without using an additional motor, the power of the shaft of the drum sander is automatically supplied through 4 stages of the reduction gear.
Designed with a sliding supply target of 2cm per second.
One reduction gear ratio is 3.76: 1, and the total gear ratio is 208: 1 after 4th gear.
The electric drill has a speed of 2400rpm, and the feed roller speed becomes 12rpm as it goes through the 4th gear.

앵글 그라인더 슬라이딩 컷팅 지그 (Angle Grinder Sliding Cutting Jig)

저는 오른손으로 작업하는게 편해서 그라인더를 오른쪽에 위치시켰습니다.
하지만 불꽃이 본인쪽으로 튀고, 재료가 앞으로 밀리는 성질이 있습니다.
이점이 불편하시면 그라인더를 대칭적으로 왼편으로 바꾸시길 권장드립니다.

자동 영화스크린(블라인드) 만들기 // How to make Automatic Movie Screen(Blind)

저렴하게 수동 블라인드를 리모콘 자동 블라인드로 업그레이드 방법입니다.
기존에 사용하던 블라인드 봉 지름이 작아서 새로운 봉(외경 42mm)을 한국에서 구입했습니다.
한국에서는 38mm 봉을 구매하기 힘들어서 빠른 배송 때문에 42mm 봉을 구입했습니다.
한국에서 구매한 42mm 봉은 휠이 정확히 맞지 않지만 중국에서는 판매하는 38mm 봉은 휠이 잘 맞습니다.

This is a cheap way to upgrade manual blinds to remote control automatic blinds.
The existing blind tube diameter was small, so a new tube(outer diameter 42mm) was purchased in Korea.
In Korea, 38mm tube were difficult to purchase, so I bought 42mm tube for fast delivery.
The 42mm tube purchased in Korea does not fit the wheels exactly, but the 38mm tube sold in China fits the wheels well.
