If you've sold a car to a new teacher over the web, consider the article below. This is really important.
Case 1. If both the seller and the buyer are located in Korea, formal registration can be completed.
Case 2. If the seller leaves Korea or the buyer is not in Korea yet (such as a new teacher), formal registration will not proceed at all. This means that you will eventually have to scrap your car.
In case 2, please follow the steps below.
1st method -> The seller must temporarily register the vehicle with a teacher who does not leave Jeju, and after the buyer arrives in Jeju and receives the ARC, the seller must register the vehicle with the buyer again.
Second method -> If you do not have a friend who can be a temporary owner, please contact us and we will help you register the vehicle at our office first. And the next steps are the same as the first method.
In Case.1 as well as Case.2, the seller and buyer require the same fees, taxes, and insurance premiums, so Mr. Please contact Brian or me so we can help.
Please let us know even if you don't use our services. We will notify you if there are any errors during the process. This has happened several times over the years and we have lost vehicles due to failure to register official vehicles.
