MCNEX Strengthens EMS, OEM and ODM Capabilities in Semiconductor Packaging.

MCNEX is strengthening its semiconductor packaging-focused EMS, OEM and ODM competitiveness based on its mass-production experience in precision electronic components, including mobile cameras, actuators, biometric modules and automotive cameras.
Its packaging portfolio includes SiP(System in Package), CLCC(Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier), LGA, QFN and BGA. These capabilities are connected to automotive applications such as AVN, Cluster, Cockpit, CMOS Sensor and BMS Package. MCNEX is also expanding its OSAT and back-end process capabilities through Flip Chip, Ball Mounter, semiconductor cleaning, Final Test, F/T, V/T, SLT and reliability testing infrastructure including uHAST, TC, HTS, SAT and CT.

MCNEX’s Vietnam manufacturing base supports mass production and quality operations. The company has also established MCNEX INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, India, to develop an automotive components, system manufacturing and R&D base.
