This Toyota Crown Royal Saloon battery was pushed to its limit. This is the lowest we have gotten so far. The unfortunate thing about pushing the battery this far is that you have to replace the entire pack, there is no option of reconditioning the pack.

HYBRID BATTERY MODULES/CELLS LOAD TESTING
If you suspect that some of your cells are weak or dead, do not replace any by just measuring the voltage of the modules, you will not get it right. You have to load test each module. That's the only was to tell exactly which cells are bad.

Hybrid Battery Load Testing

Do not accept to have your modules (cells) changed before they have been load tested. This is the sure way to know which of your modules are dead/weak and that need replacement.
