As end month draws near, we are all happy that we will finally get the much awaited January salary. The salary is sometimes paid after almost 50 days since some employers pay December salaries as early as 10th December.
However no one bares the brunt side of January than an entrepreneur / business owner. Its usually in January when
1. The domain services are renewed
2. The software licenses and subscriptions are renewed.
3. The new staff salaries kicks in.
4. The lease escalations are effected - meaning new rent expenses.
5. Renewal of government permits for running business.
6. Club membership, Business society fees are paid
7. Payment of end year parties invoices.

8. LOW SALES since most customers are either broke or tied by other expenses e.g schools fees
That's the reason why many bosses are either 'on leave' or have 'travelled abroad'. No wonder your Cheque has been awaiting one signature since January 3.
Please understood them and push more business to them to recover from January's business nightmare.
