0900Hrs Update;Traffic flow now smooth as recovery takes place, *Thanks to Police, responders and special thanks to good Samaritans who assisted evacuate casualties and those that responded to our calls including Manyani Prison and group members.* We wish all casualties quick recovery and pole affected families and friends who have lost loved ones.

Just an update now that hatujalala!;Last night's Nithi Crash dint involve a miraa pick up.2 spare tyres at the back made people concluded but the pick up transports hardware goods and was headed to Nkubu when the crash occured. EARLIER SITUATION CONTAINED;
1630Hrs;Things almost getting out of hand at Tsavo National Park on Nairobi-Mombasa Highway few Kilometers after Mtito andei town towards Voi.Smoke visibilible from a distance of over 20K from both sides.Visibility is poor within the section and fire is on both sides of the highway and may be Dangerous for flammable goods if the stretch extends now that vehicles have to flow down due to heavy smoke.We are monitoring the stretch non stop,KWS and SGR Team also on the ground trying to manage the situation.CAUTION advised especially at night due to the heavy smoke. 2230Hrs Team has been up and down Mtio-Voi;Situation has been contained though there are still visible fires in the bushes on the road side and great damage on electric poles and those plastic clips that hold the wires especially on the left side towards Mombasa and may be accelerated by winds. *Just to add on this,please don't attempt to stop and get out of your vehicle on this Mtito andei-Voi stretch at night and even during the day,avoid thinking of answering a call of nature inside those bushes.If you are in distress,remain in your vehicle and make emergency calls and you can also call us to mobilize for armed security before you even change your tyre or do any troubleshooting.* Incidents are happening due to human-Wildlife conflict and one recently involved a rider on motorbike. *Worst sections are after Mtito andei,Manyani and man eaters areas.* Finally,watch your speed on this section.Vehicles are swerving after they hit those surged sections and some are ending up outside the yellow line. 0707909000 *Ahsante Sana to our CHAMPIONS for being the Engine behind our Services.You mean everything for giving us a CHANCE to SERVE HUMANITY.*
