Weld buildup and Timesert repair for three chowdered motor mount holes.

The block was too tall to fit on the Bridgeport table without installing the 8" riser (big PITA), so I had to get creative with jigging it up. Bridgeport advantage, swing the head and extend the ram.

Saving a swingarm for Joshua.

CRF250 swingarm was destroyed by the previous owner's neglect. Joshua bought a new chain guide and pivot bearing kit, and then shipped it to Okinawa for repair.

I turned a stainless plug to backup the weld buildup, filled it with 5356, shaped it, and then turned an arbor to change out the bearings.

Pulled a rabbit out of the hat for Austin.

Second pic is the completed repair.

Blue dot in third pic is the center of the broken bolt. Somebody.... you know who you are ;0) went full DIY with it anyhow.

Multiple attempts at weld buildup for extraction failed. Since a weld repair was already necessary, I attacked it with a carbide burr, and then knocked out the stud.

The rest of the pics are self explanatory.
